I was a 38 year old mother of two. I have always kept relatively fit and healthy, but found it difficult after having children to retain the weight and body shape that I would like.  I tried various gyms that concentrated mainly on cardio, but found that I could only lose a couple of kilos and my body shape was not changing.

My husband introduced me to Elite Physique and encouraged me to start weight training.

I began my PT sessions with Billy who also explained that the best way to achieve weight loss and a well toned physique was through power lifting.  I was a little sceptical and wondered how someone like me could possibly train with heavy weights.

Billy slowly introduced me to various power lifting exercises and routines including squats and deadlifts.  I never thought that I would be able to lift anything heavier than the bar.

We changed my diet and I stuck to my two PT sessions per week.  With Billy’s patience and encouragement I have achieved over and above my goals I set out to achieve and look forward every week to my training.
