Glen’s talent at program design comes from 25 years of experience in fitness training and coaching. As a Strength and Conditioning Coach, Glen has a talent for constructing fresh, well rounded and effective mixed modality workouts.
Glen is a Level 3 Strength & Conditioning Coach with the Australian Strength & Conditioning Association, interacting and liasing with coaches from elite and professional sport. He is at the cutting edge of elite sporting practices and professional team program design.
Glen is known for his kettlebell expertise having been involved in kettlebells since 2001. He was the first to teach kettlebell classes in Australia. His creativity and ability with kettlebells is well renowned.
Glen’s implementation of dynamic mobility and high intensity workouts, provides an integrated multi disciplined, low tech, high concept training approach. This produces an effective and accessible system for retaining or regaining range of motion, as well as overall body conditioning.
As a coach Glen has trained professional sportspeople, combat athletes and tactical operators. He has a sports history in combat sports, rowing and canoeing. He played professional rugby league and was an elite tactical operator.
