Since 2004 Elite Physique has led 100’s of civilians through a number of military inspired fitness Boot Camps. There’s a simple fact; discipline works. People pushed to the point of sweat streaked exhaustion under the command of a hard nosed commander; get real, visible results; OR ELSE!
Just like Arnie (I’ll be back) and due to popular demand, Elite Physique's Boot Camp Fitness is back with a vengeance.
The Elite Physique Boot Camp Fitness Program provides a real life answer to the bottom line question,
“How to get in shape and stay there?”
Elite Physique’s Boot Camp Fitness utilizes highly effective physical training techniques practiced by the Australian Military, Elite Strongman Competitors and Professional Football Players.
You’ll burn 600-800 calories in 60-minutes! Our instructors will lead you through a series of heart pounding military calisthenics, cadence calls, and fierce combat sport drills designed to test even the toughest hombre. No nancy wannabes please!
Combining intense endurance with strength based exercises in a regimented high octane ready to defend program. Elite Physique's Boot Camp Fitness is schelduled every Saturday @ 8AM SHARP; or penalties will be imposed! This is not self paced! If you can't do it we'll show you. If you won't do it we'll make you! The torture and torment lasts 60 minutes. There will be a fitness test every three months to [ensure] measure your progress!
