RPM (Les Mills)

RPM™ is the indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. Discover your athlete within – sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high.


BODYPUMP (Les Mills)

BODYPUMP™ is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!


BODYBALANCE (Les Mills)

BODYBALANCE™ is the yoga, tai chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.


BODYJAM (Les Mills)

BODYJAM™ is the cardio workout where you are free to enjoy the sensation of dance. An addictive fusion of the latest dance moves and hottest new sounds puts the emphasis as much on having fun as breaking a sweat.


BODYSTEP (Les Mills)

BODYSTEP™ is the energizing step workout that makes you feel liberated and alive. Using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step you get huge motivation from sing-along music and approachable instructors. Cardio blocks push fat burning systems into high gear followed by muscle conditioning tracks that shape and tone your body.


Retribution

(Reckoning – Vengeance – Payback)

This is a tough and challenging class. Retribution is a circuit that combines boxing drills and techniques with resistance training exercises.


Vinyasa Yoga

‘Power Vinyasa Yoga’ is an ultimate experience for people who are ready to tap both their physical and spiritual power.

It is a dynamic mix of sweat and spirit. It can transform your body; challenge your mind, your heart and ultimately unleash your spirit. It has a flow that has many different levels, which allows beginners, intermediate and advanced students to be challenged in the same class.


Ladies Boxfit

Ladies Boxfit is very similar to our Boxfit class with a little more emphasis placed on female fitness needs. This class is instructed by one of our excellent female team members.


AB-solution:

Bullet Proof your midsection with this powerful 10 minute Core Conditioning Workout. Learn the fundamentals of good posture & how the whole body moves as a combination of links. Punish your abs with a series of drills designed to recruit deep midsection muscles that will test even the strongest abs around.


Boxfit Circuit

A fun and motivating boxing circuit designed for the individual who has moved on from a basic level of fitness. A solid workout with instructors that will make sure you are having fun whilst working hard and will help teach you how to 'hook, jab, rip, and cut' your way into shape. One punch and you'll be hooked!


Boxing / Kickboxing

These classes are designed to teach the fundamentals and techniques of Boxing and Kickboxing.

Our instructors use traditional bags and punching drills proven to enhance your co-ordination and upper body strength. A class for those who wish to work specifically on improving their technique and to learn more about boxing strategies.

*All non competitive boxers may still have to participate in some light partner work.


Kid’s Karate (ages 6–12)

Instructed by Grant Piper who has over 10 year’s martial arts experience. Grant and his team will provide your children with a fun learning atmosphere whilst promoting and encouraging self discipline and self confidence.


Brazilian Ju Jitsu (BJJ)

For all levels (beginners welcome)

A sophisticated extension of pre 1925 Kodokan Judo (known as Ju Jitsu). Later developed further in Brazil, Ju Jitsu focuses on ground grappling. This helps student’s develop skills in realistic conditions with minimal risk of injury. Self confidence is boosted as is your endurance and strength. Instructors provide you with a friendly atmosphere that encourages learning on all levels.
